If you are willing to travel alone, you may select our private tours which exclude other people;if you prefer both to meet other tourists and to lower your tour cost, you may use our seat-in coach tours which give you the opportunity to mix with other individual tourists. We will take you to all the well-known places, but as we will also take you to see unique, unusual and different things that only offered by China eTours. If your tours or event management published on the web fail to fit us, what should we do ?
Please email us or call us to state your request. Just give us your rough idea of your travel plan or your MICE plan,our team can make a custom tour or MICE package for you.

Before my travel starting date, how long do I need to make the reservation?
We take last minute reservation and try to make your booking per your request.Of course,early booking is welcome and it will secure your land arrangement in advance.

How can I know my travel plan is definitely confirmed?
You will get a confirmation email or call from our office once your travel program is confirmed by our sales manager and travel suppliers concerned

How can I do the payment?
Please choose one of the following payment methods:
1. Pay cash upon your arrival. This method is usually for small tours with small amount of money. 2. Pay credit cards upon your arrival. This method is usually for some tours with fairly big amount of money.
3. Off-line Payment by Telegraphic Transfer:transfer the amount to our bank account in Beijing.This method is for the large sum of tour expense and early bookings.

Can I make any adjustment when I already have started my trip in China?
Yes, we take last minute reservation as well as modification. But for the changes, you are supposed to pay extra if any losses incurred.

What's your liability disclaimer policy ?
Beijing Xinhua International Tours Corporation Ltd. purchased air and ground transportation, hotel, restaurant and other travel services from independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. Therefore Beijing Xinhua International Tours Corporation Ltd. will be exempt from any liabilities for death, injury, baggage loss and damage or any other loss that may occur due to any act or omission of such supplier.

What's your itinerary deviation policy ?
Itinerary Deviations to the planned itinerary may occur due to weather, traffic, or any other conditions beyond our control such as strike, acts of God, war, fire, acts of government, riot, etc. We will make our best to insure all the visits and excursions will be similar. Beijing Xinhua International Tours Corporation Ltd. can substitute the itinerary upon your agreement.

What your hotel booking policy?
The Hotels listed will be used in most conditions. When the confirmed hotels are not available, Beijing Xinhua International Tours can replace the hotels of the same class and standard upon your agreement.

How about conditions relative to the restaurants and vehicles we are going to use?
The vehicles for the ground transportation should be in good condition with A/C. All restaurants should be clean and tidy with good shape and up to the standard set by by local authorities of tourism bureau.

What about the tour guides whom we are going too meet?
All guides must be officially licensed, with 4-year college degree and minimum 2-year experience in tour guide service.

What's your privacy policy?
Beijing Xinhua International Tours Corporation Ltd agrees not to disclose any your personal related information to any third party.

What's your cancellation policy ?
10% of tour price, 30 days prior to departure; 20% of tour price, 10 days prior to departure; 30% of tour price, 5 days prior to departure; 50% of tour price within 3 days prior to departure.

If we are not happy with your services, What can I do?
You may first tell your guide immediately to avoid any potential similar problems from happening again during your travel.If your situation is quite serious, and you want to have a complaint, please kindly send us an email or call us in 30 days at the end of your trip. We don't accept any complaints after 30 day.

If we want to have some comment on our trip, how can I do?
When you finish your tour in each city, you will have a feedback form offered your tour guide. Please fill in the form and let the guide bring to our office in ech place. If you are not willing to let the guide know your comment, please send us an email or by mail. We'll reply within 24 hours.

What kind of Arbitration Agreement?
Any controversy or claim relating the trip shall be settled solely and exclusively in Beijing, China, based on the terms in English.

Are you a private agency? We are a joint-veture company with 40 % share of our goverment and 60% share of our natural staff.
