Day 01: Arrival in Shanghai ( D )
Arrival in Shanghai. Met and transfered to your hotel in Shanghai. After dinner, enjoy acrobatic show.
Day 02: Shanghai ( B L D )
Today"s highlight is your visit to Yuyuan Garden and Bazar. It is a very "Chinese" style market with everything you think can be treated "Chinese". After lunch, move on to the" Pedestrians only " Nanjing Road. Nanjing Road is a must-see metropolitan destination attracting thousands of fashion-seeking shoppers from all over the world. Then move on to The Bund. The Bund, also called the Zhongshan Road, is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years. Take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River. 40 km of the river is within the district of the big Shanghai. Back to hotel.
Day 03: Shanghai - Chongqing by morning flight B L D )
Take flight for Chongqing from Shanghai by morning flight. Met and transferred from Chongqing airport to the port and board 5-star Cruise vessel. Free on your own.
Day 04: Yangtze River (B L D)
First arrive at either Fengdu, known as the "Ghost City," or Wanxian, or Shibaozhai (depending on river conditions). Afterwards, return to the ship and sail towards the magnificent Three Gorges.
Day 05: Yangtze River - Daning River (B L D)
Today entry into the Qutang Gorge. The cruise ship carefully pilots its way through the narrow course. At Wushan, disembark the ship and board smaller vessels in order to explore either the Daning River or Shennong Stream. Reboard the ship and sail through the Wu Gorge.
Day 06: Yichang - Beijing by later afternoon flight ( B L )
Pass through the Xiling Gorge which is the longest and historically the most dangerous of the Three Gorges. We move on to the massive Three Gorges Dam and disembark for a tour of this engineering marvel at Sandouping Village.
Cruise Arrival in Yichang at 11:30AM. Transfer from cruise to airport, take flight to Beijing by afternoon flight for Beijing. Met and transferred to your hotel in Beijing.
Day 07: Beijing ( B L D )
First visit Tian An Men Square,the largest city-center square in the world. Then move on to Forbidden City,the largest and best-preserved palatial complex still existing,also known as the Palace Museum. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven,the place where the Emperors prayed for peace and harvest. Peking Roast Duck dinner.
Day 08: Beijing ( B L )
Pick up at your hotel between 7:30am. Then drive to Ming Tombs,the Tombs of thirteen Emperors of Ming Dynasty with 500 year history located about 50 kilometers to the north of Beijing. After lunch. the drive to Badaling Great Wall takes about 40 minutes. After the tour, transferred back to your hotel.
Day 09: Beijing ( B L )
Experience hutong by taking men-driving rickshaw as the basic means of transportation. Then visit Prince Gong's Mansion, famous in the Qing Dynasty.Visiting a kindergarten and Bell Tower.Have lunch there with the locals in a courtyard . After lunch, drive to Lama Temple,or Yonghegong Lamsery, located in the northeat part of Beijing City, is a renowned lama temple of the Yellow Hat Sect of Lamaism. Return to your hotel.
Day 10: Beijing ( B L )
Morning easy tour of Summer Palace,the best-preserved imperial garden in the world that boasts centralized architectural masterpieces as well as scenic beauties. After lunch, transferred to Beijing Capital Airport for your departure
