Day by day itinerary:

Tour Code: YN-005

Day 01: Arrival at Kunming (D)
Met and transferred to your hotel in Kunming. Free for rest of the day.

Day 02: Kunming - Lijiang by morning flight ( B L D )
Ater lunch, visit the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and the Baisha Mural Paintings, the Black Dragon Pool Park and Museum of Naxi Dongba Culture inside the park.After dinner, visit Lijiang ancient town.

Day 03: Lijiang-Qiaotou-Walnut ( B L D )
After breakfast, first drive to Qiaotou town. Then hike on upper trails of Tiger-Leaping Gorge to Walnut Grove for about 4 hours. On the way enjoy spectacular gorge scenes with the Yangtze running down in the gorge.

Day 04: Walnut-Heika by walking ( B L D )
Afrer breakfast, hiking for three hours to get to Heika. It is a small Naxi village sites beside the Yangtze River. Then hiking to the river shore for one hour.

Day 05: Heika-Haba Village by walking ( B L D )
After breakfast, stll walking and get to Haba Village taking 5 hours. It is is a beautiful hiking aroud the Haba Snow Mountain. Stay at Snow Sea Guesthouse. There you can enjoy the snow peak in the courtyard.
Stay at Snow Sea Guesthouse or local inn.

Day 06: Haba Village-Sanba Village ( B L D )
After breakfast, drive to Sanba Village. First visit Baishuitai ( White Water Terrace) where the Naxi Culture comes from. It is now the sacred place place for Naxi people.After lunch, drive to the Shangri-la: Zhongdian.

Day 07: Zhongdian ( B L D )
It is the gateway to Tibet. Exploring real Tibetan culture in this mountainous region. Visit a Tibetan village as well as Shudu Lake, a nature preserve with wonderful birdlife. Also visit Songzhanlin Temple.

Day 08: Zhongdian-Kunming by air ( B L )
After breakfast, take a morning flight for Kunming. Met and transferred to go to the Stone Forest for sightseeing.

Day 09: Exit from Kunming ( B L )
After breakfast in, you will be arranged to visit the Flower & Bird Market in the old part of the city, then transfer to the airport for departure.
