Day by day itinerary:

Tour Code: SD-004

Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Arrival at Beijing. Met and transferred to your hotel . Rest of the time is free for you to explore the city.

Day 02: Beijing ( B L D )
Visit Tian An Men Square, the largest public square in the world and Forbidden City which was once home to the emperors for over 500 years in the Ming and Qing dynasties. After lunch, move on to Temple of Heaven - where dynastic rulers in China used to worship the heaven. Then proceed to visit Summer Palace, a former summer resort for the royal family. Peking Duck Dinner & Peking Opera in the evening.

Day 03: Beijing ( B L )
A full day excursion to the Badaling Great Wall and Ming Tombs. The Great Wall is the landmark of China. Ming Tombs are where 13 emperors of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644) were buried. Chinese lunch is included. Back to hotel.

Day 04: Beijing - Xian by air ( B L )
Morning Flight from Beijing to Xian. Met & transferred to your Hotel in Xian. After lunch, visit City Wall, the most complete city wall that has survived in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the worl. Then move on to Shaanxi Museum, which considers it an obligation to be a showcase of ancient civilizations. Lastly visit Bell Tower, a stately traditional building, that marks the geographical center of the ancient capital. Transferred back to your hotel.

Day 05: Xian ( B L D )
Beginning the day with a once-in-a lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2200-year-old Terra-cotta Army of China"s First Emperor-Qin Shihuang. Three exhibition halls house the continuing excavation of am army of 7,000 terracotta soldiers and horses that guard the tomb of the the First Emperor. After lunch visit Banpo Museum, which shows the history of the Banpo Site, a typical Neolithic matriarchal community of the Yangshao Culture dating back about 6,000 years. Local flavor dinner--dumpling. Tang Dynasty Show in the evening.

Day 06: Xian - Jinan by later afternonn flight ( B L D )
Take a flight for Jinan. Met and transferred to your hotel in Jinan.

Day 07: Jinan - Tai'an by road ( B L D )
Morning tour of Daming Lake, Baotu Spring. Then move on to the Yellow River. After lunch,drive to Tai'an, then visit Dai Temple. After dinner, check-in hotle.

Day 08: Tai'an - Qufu by Road
Morning tour of Mountain Tai by cable car. After lunch, drive to Qufu. First visit Confucius Temple. Then enjoy the Antiquity Music and Dances. After dinner, check-in hotel . ( B L D )

Day 09: Qufu-Yanzhou-Suzhou by overnight train ( B L D )
Morning tour of Confucius Family Mansion and Confucius Family Graveyard, Six Arts City. After lunch, come to Yanzhou and connect train for for Suzhou.

Day 10: Suzhou ( B L D )
Arrival in Suzhou early in the morning. Visit Humble Administrator's Garden - the largest private garden in Suzhou and one of the four most famous classical gardens in China. Then we will drive to visit Tiger Hill - one of Suzhou's famous site ans symbol of Suzhou City. After lunch, move on to Hanshan Temple. Visit a Silk Factory.

Day 11: Suzhou - Shanghai by train
Morning tour of Suzhou including famous gardens and canals. After lunch, take one hour's train to Shanghai. Met and transferred to your hotel in Shanghai. Free for rest of the time.

Day 12: Shanghai ( B L D )
After breakfast, visit Yu Garden and the Shanghai Museum. After lunch, take some time to walk along the "Pedestrians only" Nanjing Road. Then take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River. Next you will have a nice walk along the Bund. After dinner, enjoy amazing acrobatic show in the evening.

Day 13: Shanghai exit ( B )
Transferred to Shanghai airport for your departure
