Day 01: Arrival Beijing
Arrival in Beijing. Met and transferred to your hotel. Free for rest of the day.
Day 02: Beijing ( B L D )
A full day excursion to Mutianyu Great Wall and Sacred Way. The Great Wall is the landmark of China. Mutianyu Great Wall is known for its beautiful environment - dense trees and rich grass with the natural colors changing with the seasons of each year. After lunch, go to visit Scared Way, also named Scared Road, bordered by stone statues, along which the Emperors to conduct their sacred ceremonies. Peking Duck Dinner & Peking Opera in the evening.
Day 03: Beijing ( B L )
Visit Tian An Men Square, the largest public square in the world and Forbidden City which was once home to the emperors for over 500 years in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Then, move on to Forbidden City –which was once home to the emperors for ever 500 years in the Ming and Qing dynasty. After lunch, proceed to visit Temple of Heaven--where dynastic rulers in China used to worship the heaven. Back to hotel.
Day 04: Beijing - Xian by air ( B L )
Morning Flight from Beijing to Xian. Met & transferred Sheraton Hotel Xian. After lunch, visit City Wall, the most complete city wall has survived in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Then move on to Shaanxi Museum, which considers it an obligation to be a showcase of ancient civilizations. Lastly visit City Wall, the most complete city wall that has survived in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. Transferred back to your hotel.
Day 05: Xian ( B L D )
Beginning the day with a once-in-a lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2200-year-old Terra-cotta Army of China’s First Emperor-Qin Shihuang. Three exhibition halls house the continuing excavation of am army of 7,000 terracotta soldiers and horses that guard the tomb of the First Emperor. After lunch visit Stele Forest Museum, the largest and earliest stele forest in China, now it has become Shanxi Provincial Museum. Continue to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, one of the oldest structures in China. Big Wild Goose Pagoda is one of the Xian city’s most distinctive and outstanding landmarks, possibly the most beautiful building left in Xian today. Local flavor dinner--dumpling. Tang Dynasty Show in the evening.
Day 06: Xian - Luoyang by train ( B )
Take morning train from Xian to Luoyang. After arrival in Luoyang, back to your hotel.
Day 07: Luoyang ( B L )
Today’s highlights include Longmen Grottoes and White Horse Temple.
Longmen Grottoes: Among with the Mogao Caves and Yungang Grottoes, the longmen Grottoes are one of the three most famous ancient sculptural sites in China. From north to south, the distance covered by grottoes is about 1km.
White Horse Temple: Located 12 km away form Luoyang City, established by the Han Dynasty, White Horse Temple is believe to be the first Buddhist temple built by the government in China.
Day 08: Luoyang - Zhengzhou ( B L )
Visit Shaolin Temple and Pagoda Forest. Shaolin Temple, the birthplace of Chan Buddhism-cradle of Shaolin Kongfu, is reputed to be the No.1 Temple under Heaven. You will see real Kongfu master from the temple, it will be a remarkable and unforgettable trip in your life. The Pagoda Forest in Shaolin Temple was a concentration of tomb pagodas for eminent monks, abbots and ranking monks at the temple.
Day 09: Zhengzhou - Shanghai by air ( B L )
Take a morning flight from Zhengzhou to Shanghai. First visit the Pedestrians only Nanjing Road. Nanjing Road is a must-see metropolitan destination attracting thousands of fashion-seeking shoppers from all over the world. After lunch, visit The Bund, a splendid row of early 20th century European buildings. Back to hotel in Shanghai.
Day 10: Shanghai ( B L )
Today’s highlight is your visit to Yuyuan Garden. It was fist established in 1559 as a private garden, located in the center of the Old City next to Chenghuangmiao in Shanghai. Continue to visit the the Shanghai Museum. Shanghai museum is a museum of ancient Chinese art, situated on the People’s Square. After lunch, visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower located in Pudong, stands 468 meters high. Back to hotel.
Day 11: Shanghai Exit ( B )
Transfer to airport for departure
