Xian Hotel
Xian hotel is a mystery legend and no people is clearly about the exactly establishment time; they are born to know the existence of this hotel. The elder Xian inhabitants tell us that Xian hotel was once located in another place not in East Street but under the Bell Tower on the West Street. And how long it had been there under the Bell Tower is a puzzle. People only know there was a largest hotel named “Zhangjialou Hotel” in ancient Xian (Chang An – capital of Tang dynasty) in history. As this is the must pass place on Silk-Road, that hotel was extremely busy and served all kinds of guest from home to all over the world. The good lucky dish “Coin-like Long Thread Moss Roll” was come from Zhangjialou Hotel (may be it is just the forefather of Xian Hotel!). If you want local Xian daintiness the best choice is Xian Hotel.
