Wuyishan Rock Tea is the general name of all Wuyishan tea, belonging to oolong. What Mt. Wuyishan major produced is oolong - 80% of the annual tea output. Gongfu black tea, which needs painstaking processes, is about 10% of the annual tea output in Huangshan. Green tea is about 7% of the output. Wuyishan oolong boasts the sweet and pure taste of black tea, but also the faint scent of the green tea. It is the titbit of tea. Dahongpao tea is the characteristic genus of Wuyishan famous tea. Dahongpao is composed of two main categories: Rougui and Shuixian (literally means Cinnamon and Narcissus).
Methods of choose high quality tea:

Wuyishan Mushroom

Wuyishan Banboo Shoot
Wuyishan bamboo shoot mainly refers to the dried bamboo shoot. It is another local special product in Wuyishan. Bamboo shoot is rich in protein, calcium, phosphor and so on. Wuyishan Wild Waxberry
On the streets or roads of Wuyishan, what usually attracts the tourists is the waxberry. There are varied wild fruits in Wuyishan mountains, and the one of the frequent one is the wild waxberry. The waxberries are so red that even turn into purple. You will feel the full juice and you can not help yourself to be mouth watered.

Wuyishan Chestnuts
Chestnut tree is a species of Chinese chinkapin with simple lanceolate leaves. The fruit is contained in a sharp-spiny bur. Each bur contains 2 to 4 nuts.
Fresh chestnut fruit produces much lower Kcalories than that of walnuts, almonds, other nuts and dried fruits. It contains very little fat and no gluten, but the carbohydrate content is as much as that of the wheat and rice and the chestnut has twice as much starch as that of the potato.
The fruit of chestnut can be eaten freshly and can also be processed into some other snacks. Local Wuyishan people like to make chestnut starch into round cakes. These cakes are a kind of special local refreshment in the northern part of Fujian Province, particularly the Mountain Wuyishan.
