Jiuzhaigou Crystals

Jiuzhaigou Huangcai
Huangcai is usually picked up from desolate slopes of Baishuijiang Drainage Areas. Huangcai is the root of lily. It has the function of prolonging life and skin care. Huangcai can as well improve metabolism. Eating methods of Jiuzhaigou Huangcai are varied. They can be stir fried, braised and stewed with pork.

Jiuzhaigou Yacha
Yacha is a genus of special tea loved by Tibetans of Jiuzhaigou. Yacha also called Macha in Ming Dynasty and called Biancha after Qing Dynasty. Nowadays, it is named Yacha literally means “elegant tea” because of producing area is Yacha. In fact, Yacha is made of stems and old leaves of the tea plant. The walnut blossom is a kind of top grade potherb picked from wild walnut trees in jungles of Jiuzhaigou. Every year from March to April in spring, the walnut blossom can be found in Jiuzhaigou. Yak Meat
The meat of yak after pickled can be made into dishes and snacks. The pickled yak meat can also be made into nice cold dishes. Yaks live in tableland of Jiuzhaigou in Songpan, Sichuan. Tibetan Knives (Tibetan Broadsword)
Tibetan knives are necessary tools for Tibetan race of Jiuzhaigou. The Tibetan knives featuring unique and folk styles and shapes enjoy high reputation both home and abroad.
