Tunxi District is 64 kilometers far away from Huangshan Scenic Spots. Tunxi District is the transportation center of Huangshan. Tunxi Old Street is a good street for have a meal. Mei Shi Ren Jia is at the end of Tunxi Old Street. What this restaurant provides are improved Hui Cuisine. Food in this restaurant can be described in one phrase: reasonable price and good taste. There are many street stores and booths selling crisp cakes. These stores distribute everywhere in or near the old street. Most of them are made in front of the buyers. You can order some to bring home. One of the mostly mentioned cakes is Meicai Pastries. It is a kind of pie fillings with crisp surface. Fillings of the pie are spiced dried vegetables and meat. Huangshan Zhong Shi Short Order
Zhong Shi Short Order Restaurant is not as touristy as those restaurants, as it is not located in the touristy Tunxi Old Street. Here, we need to introduce to tourists for it is truly a nice restaurant, thought it is not a must-go restaurant. Decor of Zhong Shi Short Order Restaurant is in Ming Dynasty Style (1368-1644). The ambience is very cozy and comfortable. You can taste the local Huangshan snacks and dishes from this restaurant.

Paiyunlou means the cloud-dispelling tower. Paiyunlou Hotel is a tourism hotel located at the foot of Danxia Peak, Huangshan Scenic Area. It is next to the famous spot-Cloud-dispelling Pavilion. It is the best place for watching sunrise and sunset glow. There is a Chinese food restaurant, Western style restaurant and a bar. The Chinese food restaurant mainly serves real Huizhou cuisine.
