Yung Kee since from 1942 is one of the oldest restaurants in Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong. It was founded by Kam Shui Fai from a Dai Pai Dong of Hong Kong located on the HK-Macau Ferry Terminal. Yung Kee was voted in the "World Top 15 Restaurants" by Fortune Magazine in 1968. It is the only Chinese restaurant to the included in the list. Yung Kee is famous for the spectacular roast goose and the best roast goose of Hong Kong is from Yung Kee as well.
