Wushan Suyoubing
Wushan Suyoubing is the traditional Hangzhou flavor with golden color and fragrant aroma. Suyoubing was originated from Wushan Scenic Spot in the past time and was praised by Su Dongpo- viceroy of Hangzhou, so it is famous as "Wushan Suyoubing". Wushan Suyoubing has a long history of more than 1000 years. It was a food made by common people at that time to support Zhao army. And Zhao became the emperor at last, so Wushan Suyoubing also is named "Da Jiu Jia", which means "in support of the emperor".

Nanfang Mizong Dabao
Dabao refers to big Baozi (a type of steamed, filled bun or bread-like item). The bun-like aspect of Nanfang Mizong Dabao is made from refined flour after ferment. The fillings are fresh pork, bean paste or green vegetables. Then, it is steamed by quick fire. Nanfang Mizong Dabao has assimilated features of both Southern and Northern areas of China. It is white, soft and flexible.

Mao Er Duo
Mao Er Duo can be found in many areas of China. Mao Er Duo in Shanxi is a type of ordinary stable food; however it is a sort of famed nosh in Hangzhou. Mao Er Duo is shaped like cats ears and very similar to Italian macaroni (shell shaped). As the story goes, macaroni was originated from Mao Er Duo by Marco Polo.

Pian Er Chuan
Pian Er Chuan with a history of over one hundred years is a famous noodle in Hangzhou. The toppings major are preserved vegetables, sliced bamboo shoots and shredded lean meat. It is featuring refreshing taste of preserved vegetables and sliced bamboo shoots. Pain Er Chuan was created by Kui Yuan Guan, and this restaurant nowadays changed its name as "Pain Er Chuan". Pian Er Chuan restaurant have several outlets in Hangzhou and the most famous one is located in Bao Chu Lu.

Xia Bao Shan Mian
Xia Bao Shan Mian is another specialty of Kui Yuan Guan in Hangzhou. It is a type of noodles topped with shrimp meat and fried mud eels. Xia Bao Shan Mian is rich in nutrition and is popular among Hangzhou families. Xia Bao Shan Mian can be regarded as the most reputed noodles in Hangzhou noodles. Almost every tourist to Hangzhou would have a taste of the Xia Bao Shan Mian in Kui Yuan Guan restaurant.

Zhi Wei Xiao Long
ZhiWei Xiao Long is the famous snack of Zhi Wei Guan (a traditional and popular restaurant in Hangzhou). Xiao Long means Xiao Long Bao is a type of small baozi steamed in bamboo baskets. It looks like a bun and is stuffed with all kinds of fillings.
